If the on-site conference is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the conference will proceed solely as an online event. The Organizer reserves the right to hold the full amount paid by in-person attendees due to event-related costs already incurred at the date the in-person event is cancelled. A refund will be issued for any difference in such costs and the fee paid if there is an outstanding balance.

In the case of transferring your registration to attend online, a refund of the difference in fees will be provided only up to five days before the conference. After this time, no refund will be due as payments will already have been made to the venue on your behalf.
► To make a payment you must register by completing the registration form.
We offer two payment options:
- fast electronic payment
- traditional bank transfer
Please note that a bank transfer must be made in full without any deductions for bank charges (neither domestic nor foreign charges). Upon receipt of your transfer, we will send you a full invoice as confirmation of your registration.
Please note that bank transfers often take a very long time. If you choose to pay a particular fee level that is time-restricted your bank transfer must reach our accounts before this date. Should it reach our accounts after this date, we will request that you pay the difference.
